Who are the Rationalists?

The Rationalists are the oldest intellectual faction in Littoral City.

They are believers in rational science and empirical inquiry, over the theoretical posturing of the Retrodemics, who they regard as 'thought heretics'.

They hold regular debates at 'Odeon', their philosophical arena, often clashing

with the Retrodemics.
