Dr. Fuller is one of Earth's leading scientific researchers, and is currently

Chief Technical Officer at KOSMOS, the pharmacosmetic giant.

 

Some confusion exists as to Dr. Fuller's nature, but it is generally accepted

that he is an advanced cyborg.

 

He is famous for his omni-adaptive  'Geosuit', a prototype for what he

believes could be the future of sustainable fashion.

Lately his attentions have turned to bioethical concerns, which has put some

strain on his relations with Dorayn_K.
